The Nassau County Supervisor of Elections has posted official results of Tuesday’s election for the City Commission and race for Mayor.

Phil Chapman: 56.10 percent (1,463 votes)

Tim Poynter: 43.90 percent (1,145 votes)

Group 3 – A December runoff is scheduled between top two finishers*

Ronald “Chip” Ross: 41.44 percent (1,091 votes)*

Orlando Avila: 30.65 percent (807 votes) *

Medardo Monzon: 27.91 percent (735 votes)
